La Residencia Santa Isabel presenta una clara polarización en las experiencias de los usuarios: mientras algunos familiares elogian la ubicación privilegiada, el trato afectuoso del personal y el bienestar emocional de sus residentes, otros reportan problemas graves de gestión incluyendo brotes sanitarios no comunicados adecuadamente, posible desnutrición y falta de supervisión. Aunque el personal asistencial recibe reconocimiento por su profesionalidad, la gestión administrativa y los protocolos de seguridad e información a familias requieren mejoras urgentes.

My relative has contracted scabies! I moved my family member to a care home near our house, and that's where I found out about the situation. No one informed me; they were silent, fully aware of the danger the potential spread of the virus poses to other residents. It's a disgrace! The new facility has already reported the incident to the appropriate authorities, and I have too. Poor management and bad faith. I also get the impression that the residents are going hungry. My relative has lost a lot of weight. It's a shame that all they have for an afternoon snack is water with lemon, not a proper meal. It was a terrible experience. I hope they improve the oversight of these facilities because it's infuriating that so many bad things happen to our loved ones.

My father hasn't been here long, but I see him happy and I see that he's known and appreciated by all the staff. It's sad to leave a loved one in a nursing home. Thank you for your work.

A beautiful nursing home in a privileged location in the Ricote Valley, where the staff goes out of their way to help our seniors, caring for them, pampering them, and being very affectionate. Thank you all so much!
