From the first day to the very end, the attention was impeccable, personal, and full of respect. You gave us peace of mind and confidence at all times, and that is priceless. Unfortunately, my experience visiting a relative at this nursing home was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I noticed an unwelcoming atmosphere and a staff that, for the most part, seemed overwhelmed or indifferent. My relative was wearing dirty clothes and had obvious signs of neglect, such as diapers that hadn't been changed for a long time, clothes soiled by food, the smell of urine, dirt on his chin, and poor personal hygiene. This caused me deep concern. Furthermore, I observed several residents sitting for hours without any activity or attention, some even sleeping in uncomfortable chairs. The rooms and common areas were not well ventilated, and the smell was unpleasant, a sign of infrequent or inadequate cleaning. On one occasion, I witnessed an aide speaking disrespectfully to one of the seniors, which I found unacceptable. I firmly believe that the well-being of seniors depends on the environment and care they receive, and what I witnessed falls far short of what is expected of a facility that is supposed to provide dignified and professional care. I sincerely hope that you take urgent steps to improve, because the residents deserve much more.

Today, we attended a party at the HLA Belén nursing home for "Family Day," with my aunt, who has been hospitalized there for a few days. I must say, they are the people who make the family there. From the kitchen, cleaning, assistants, nurses, administrators, physiotherapist, social worker, psychologist, doctor, and, above all, the director, Isabel. They are an exceptional team, incredibly caring, kind, respectful, and very professional. HLA Belén is a nursing home where they know how to care for our seniors. Congratulations to the team you form!!!

An extraordinary nursing home made up of highly professional, well-trained staff who are committed to each and every resident. The facilities are excellent and are currently being renovated. A hygienic environment is provided in every room and with the residents. Our experience has been unbeatable, and each and every one of the professionals has treated my father wonderfully. I would like to highlight the medical and nursing team, who were able to restore the ailing health my father had suffered from another nursing home. We can't thank them enough for what they have done for my father and for the sensitivity and care with which they have treated the family, including the management, the doctors, the nurses, the assistants, the social worker, the psychologist, the physiotherapist, the reception staff, the cleaning staff... EVERYONE. We will always be eternally grateful for their work and their care.
