Thank you so much for the stay. My grandmother Lola passed away surrounded by love, and that was thanks to you all. Thank you to the wonderful assistants, technicians, reception staff, supervisors, doctors, and of course, Sergio. It has been 11 wonderful years, and Ballesol will always be my home and my family's home. Hugs 🫂

My grandmother died there five years ago. It was a difficult time, with Covid at its peak, and everyone was feeling fear... But she didn't die, in theory, from Covid, although she did have it there, but from a poorly healed ulcer on her sacrum. She had dementia and had been confined to her room since breaking her hip there. They had to admit her to the hospital a couple of times: once, the time I mentioned when she broke her hip and they lost sight of her; another time, they over-sedated her and she barely survived... What I mean by this is that it might be a wonderful residence when someone is fully capable, with shared activities and beautiful spaces... But when that's not the case, they neglect you and things like this happen, which are clearly negligence, to say the least. At the time, it wasn't reported because of the sensitive period and to avoid reopening old wounds, but I wanted to document this so that you don't take your elderly relatives there if they are unable to care for themselves.

For the past five years, I've had the pleasure of sharing our daily lives with this wonderful team, thanks to our decision to make it the right place to care for my father. Thank you to the entire team for treating my father the way you have, with such affection, warmth, and excellent care for him and our whole family. Special mention must be made of the Center Director, always ready to assist with kind words and a friendly approach, as well as the technical team and supervisors—each one better than the last. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to all the assistants and cleaning staff, who are all fantastic. Without a doubt, this is a place we will return to when life brings us together again. They should check that everything is being done properly. It's unacceptable that someone has irritation and they don't clean them properly or apply the cream properly. And even less so that when they ask for it to be cleaned because it's poorly cleaned, they're told it can't be a person, that they're going to have a snack now (5:30 PM) and then they'll start making dinner, and until they go to bed, they have to go like this, which makes the area even more irritated. Then another colleague says that if it can be cleaned because there are other colleagues inside, so are there some employees who don't want to work and others who do? I don't understand. I hope this review helps you improve the treatment of residents.

The best residence, especially because of its location in a residential area, where you can really feel the peace and quiet. The bus that takes you down to the city center stops right outside, making it very convenient to get there and visit my mother. They're constantly being taken on excursions and activities, and then brought back to the center, so I'm delighted.
