Thank you so much for the care you gave my mother during her time there, and for the care you gave us. I have no words to express my gratitude. The love and compassion you feel there is immense. A huge thank you to Miguel, Rafi, and all the girls who work there for the love you show the grandparents. We certainly couldn't have chosen a better place for my mother. It may not be the prettiest or most modern of the nursing homes, but it doesn't have to be. What matters is the humanity you feel there. A million thanks to everyone.

Very happy, it's welcoming, it doesn't have many luxuries, nor do they boast about them, but the food is homemade, the treatment of the residents is very personal, they are very patient and are a great team. It's clear to see... family members can visit and call whenever they want, they are transparent and honest, and it's worth mentioning that they haven't had a single case of infection. My grandfather is healthy, calm, and well cared for. Thank you.

It doesn't have a garden IT HAS ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS IT'S AN OLD HOUSE The poor elderly people sit opposite each other, crowded together, unable to even see the TV because it's tiny and you can't see it if you face it. They also sit you in one of those chairs from prehistoric times. THEY MIX THE ELDERLY CLOTHES AND YOU WEAR WHATEVER THEY WANT, THE FIRST THING THEY FIND. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL TO ASK ABOUT YOUR FAMILY. A REAL SHAME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. IT'S A REAL ASYLUM FOR WAITING FOR DEATH.

My grandmother has been there and my opinion is completely negative. The facilities are very old and in poor condition. They don't take any care of the elderly residents' personal belongings. In my case, which is the only one I know of, they lost her dentures and a very expensive pair of prescription sunglasses, and we have been waiting for several weeks for them to tell us something about finding them, and they don't even bother to reply.
