La Residencia Villa Alhamar presenta opiniones extremadamente divididas y preocupantes. Mientras que una reseña elogia el trato excepcional y las mejoras en la salud del residente, la mayoría de comentarios denuncian graves problemas incluyendo medicación forzada, restricciones severas en visitas y libertad de movimiento, trato brusco hacia los residentes, y falta de respuesta efectiva de la dirección ante quejas. Estas acusaciones serias sobre el bienestar y los derechos de los mayores sugieren problemas sistémicos que requieren investigación inmediata.

I was online looking for a residence for my elderly wife. Within seconds my inbox was full of tripe selling me something or other. Thus their website was already compromised. The word privacy is a joke online... It took me 10 minutes to delete this junk and then delete the junk and report it for what that is worth. (nothing) A compromised junk/spam site. For what it's worth Alhamar call in a computer man to block out this JUNK.

Drugging their patients, the focus is not on the person and their well-being but on making money. My father was completely destroyed here, so bad that we thought he would die for a while, I had to call and threaten legal action because they would reduce medication. He was completely dehydrated and was in such a bad state that he went to the hospital. They give him medicine in the water to drug the residents, my brother and I tasted it and my tongue went numb. My father told me that they pried open his mouth to force him to eat the food. They were not careful and pushed my father into the wheelchair several times when I was there. He was strapped in 24/7 except for visits. The worst place I have ever heard of. Why don't you care about the people who live here? I finally got my father from this place, where they were killing my father with their terrible medication. Dad is now in Sweden, and is walking again and finally feeling well again after about 2 terrible months in this place. Healthcare in Sweden is 10000% better than this place. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Do not leave your loved ones here: - Force feeding - Drugs their patients - Rough-handed - Forcing residents instead of encouraging - Detention of residents not in the best interests of the person - Violent according to my father - Can't visit at any time - Residents are only allowed in common areas

We went to inquire and there are two reasons why I would never take a family member there: 1- Family members cannot visit residents without prior notice to the residence, nor can they spend time with their relatives in the room quietly talking, watching TV, or playing cards... which is unsettling and makes you wonder, not to mention a little scared. 2- They don't allow residents to stay in their rooms even when they are perfectly capable and choose to do so.

Funciona de maravilla, el trato es inmejorable y las instalaciones muy agradables. Mi familiar ha mejorado muchísimo desde que se encuentra allí, come fenomenal, la atención con ella es exquisita y está muy contenta. Quiero felicitar a todo el personal y a la directora , que se desviven por todos, por el gran trabajo que están realizando. Todo mi respeto y admiración para vosotros!!!

Good afternoon, I wanted to put on record for anyone who might be interested that this care home is leaving much to be desired, both in terms of the staff responsible for caring for our elderly residents, one of the doctors there, and most seriously, the director of this center. When you complain about the poor treatment they provide, she either ignores you or gives you the runaround. So, from my point of view, it's clear the position is far too much for her, as she offers no solutions. I had heard about this before, but I didn't want to comment until I saw and confirmed that it was all true. So I hope this changes before our elderly residents suffer this treatment, which is neither deserved nor excusable, yet allowed by many employees of this care home. A disgrace...
