Good evening, if you are looking for a nursing home, look no further. I’ve had to make a very hard decision recently regarding the care for my father, I’m so happy to have found this place. From the moment you walk in it’s welcoming, it’s warm with a very relaxing atmosphere, staff are fantastic and extremely professional with their patients. Paqui is amazing, one conversation with her and you feel at ease, the worries that you have will disappear, your concerns become hers and her patient care is outstanding. She is has so much patience, answering all of my questions in detail. If i could put 10 stars I would.

Terrible care for the elderly. I've worked in nursing homes and never saw the neglect and apathy that exists here. In less than six months, they've left my grandfather hovering between life and death, with bedsores in his sacral and genital areas, when he was "supposedly" receiving rehabilitation and movement every day, his clothes covered in food and bleach, shameful. Don't admit your elders here because they'll go straight to the grave.

My mother, who has advanced Alzheimer's, has spent a year in the nursing home. The assistants help in every way they can. There are never enough of them because the elderly are very demanding, and personalized care is very difficult, especially when they need help with all their needs. From dressing, cleaning, changing diapers, bathing, and eating. The food is delicious and plentiful. Everyone is very kind. The doctor is always there when you need him, and Paqui always answers via WhatsApp or calls you. The staff always answer the phone and let you know how your loved one is doing. I haven't been able to personally care for my mother as I would have liked, and I thank them in advance for their help. My mother has calmly sedated us at the Guadalhorce Valley Hospital. Excellent. Goodbye, Mom!

The best decision I could have made. They treated my mother with exceptional professionalism and heartfelt care. The medical service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly kind. It's a beautiful and comfortable place. They offer every possible assistance for visits and accompaniment. My mother was very happy there.

I've uploaded a video so you can see the facilities and the excellent care our residents receive. From the director to the nurses, caregivers, cooks, and maintenance staff, everyone is fantastic, especially the care they show. I recommend it 100%. There are no restrictions or visiting hours; you can go whenever you like. The facilities are very clean, and the staff is very considerate. It's in a great location with easy parking.
