Opiniones

My sincerest thanks to the staff at the care home. My grandfather lived there for four years until he sadly passed away five months ago. We are grateful to the entire team for the wonderful care they gave him. It was like being with family, both for him and for us. Thank you for your work.

Good afternoon, my husband's grandmother, diagnosed with severe Alzheimer's, was a resident for almost five years. We visited her very often, taking her out for meals and walks around the residence, as it's very close to the beach and several beach bars. Although she couldn't express herself, she seemed happy and always wanted to return to her little house, as she called it. In short, my husband and the rest of the family were very comfortable there, and now she has passed away. We can only recommend the services and the dedicated, compassionate care provided by the staff. Best regards.

My mother has been admitted there for about seven months. Since February 7th, to be exact. Sadly, she passed away today, October 25th, at the age of 96. My mother arrived without mobility, but she looked great, not at all her 96 years. We were reluctant to leave her there, but necessity won. At first, we thought she was well cared for, and although we found quite a few flaws, especially the cleanliness and the smell of pee and dirt, we were convinced my mother was in the care of competent staff. Nothing could be further from the truth. My mother died today from a massive infection caused by a bedsore on her hip. A completely infected bedsore, which was never communicated to us. Given my mother's poor condition, we decided to take her to the hospital. There we received the news of the rotten bedsore. Four days later, my mother is no longer here. Keep an eye on your elders. I've been attentive, but they've deceived me. I feel cheated, since I went to visit my mother every day and asked if she had any injuries and so on. And they always told me the same thing... that my skin was amazing. After this experience, a 0 is an understatement for this nursing home and its management. 0 for cleanliness. And 0 for everything.

From here, I want to express my gratitude for all the care and professionalism my father has received these past three and a half years; starting with the director and continuing with each and every one of the staff members (assistants, nurses, doctor, physiotherapist...). THANK YOU SO MUCH, TEAM!!! Signed, Luis's family

My mother-in-law was in this care home for the last few months due to a serious health condition. We visited her every day, and not once did we encounter any problems. She was always well cared for, kept clean, and very loved. I was kept informed of every detail I asked about, both by phone and in person. We are very grateful because, until the very last day, the treatment was impeccable and incredibly compassionate from every single staff member. They always made things easy for us and gave us complete confidence that she was in the best hands during such a difficult and painful time. I will always be grateful to all the staff. A.G.J.'s Family
