My mother is currently admitted and I can see she's doing better. She's well cared for, and the staff are wonderful, especially Lucía, the manager, for her attention and help. My mother is more cheerful and better than when she lived alone in her apartment; here she has company and is at peace. Besides, the location of the residence is lovely, with its views and fresh air. Thank you to all the staff for helping my mother.

For now... I've been to see the residence for a relative, and my first impressions are quite good. The staff are pleasant and willing to help, etc. The facilities are quite large, with spacious rooms with bathrooms and plenty of outdoor areas to walk around. We'll see if everything goes well. Don't bring your elderly relatives here; they're heartless, immoral, and indecent. They mistreat the elderly, refusing them even water when they ask for it, and I doubt there's any actual abuse. Very serious advice: don't bring anyone here.

My mother stays here and the service is excellent, it's clean and there's no smell of urine, the staff are attentive and caring and everything is very clean
