My mother has been in this residence for two years, and since she arrived, the care has been outstanding. The staff are completely dedicated to their residents, the activities they organize are fantastic and ongoing, and they are always available for any questions or assistance. Not to mention the management, who are always attentive to anything needed. Overall, it's wonderful. Thank you for your patience and for taking such good care of her. My recommendation is a 10 out of 10. 🤍

About a year and a half ago, our father, brother, and uncle were assigned to the Tilodisa Residence. At first, we faced the move with some uncertainty due to the distance from Málaga city and not knowing what to expect. Yesterday, he left us at the residence, and we said our final goodbyes to the staff we had the most contact with, including Conchi, María Dolores, Ana, Luna, Mery, Junior, Julio, and the team of caregivers. Today, we want to publicly express our sincere gratitude for the care he received during his stay there. Thank you, Conchi, for welcoming us with affection from the very first day and offering us warmth and comfort at the end. Thank you, María Dolores, for facilitating his adjustment from the moment he arrived with your great compassion and dedication. You were by his side until his final moments, along with the psychologist and two colleagues, holding his hand during last rites so he wouldn't feel alone. Thank you, Ana, for your kindness and for always attending to us with a smile. Thanks to the nursing team, led by Luna and Mery, as well as Junior and Julio, for their meticulous care until his last day and for keeping us informed. Thanks to the support staff for providing him with attention, love, and care at all times. Finally, we want to say that, thanks to all of you, Tilodisa wasn't just a residence for him: it was a HOME, in every sense of the word. Thank you. We will be eternally grateful.

On Sunday we attended the get-together, and I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of each and every one of the staff members. They strive to create a family atmosphere. Thank you for making our family's visit so special.

I am left disappointed after my dear mother died there we have not received a single sad condolence nor a sad flower, much less a call of condolences. I would not like to think how my mother spent her last days.
