Centro residencial San Agustín II presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian sus instalaciones limpias, vistas, profesionalismo y dedicación del equipo, reportando excelente calidad de cuidado, otros denuncian graves problemas de supervisión, restricción física no autorizada de residentes, falta de actividades y servicios prometidos, así como negligencia médica. Esta disparidad significativa sugiere inconsistencias importantes en la calidad y estándares de atención que requieren investigación urgente.

My father spent four months in this nursing home. He allegedly assaulted another woman with dementia, without anyone knowing how or why, because no one was supervising them. They prescribed him diazepam until the neurologist had to write a report that diazepam was not necessary. They tied him up 24 hours a day for the remaining three months without our consent or a doctor's prescription. They do whatever they want, above the law and doctors. They claimed they didn't have the facilities for him to walk, so he had to be strapped to a chair with a belt during the day and strapped to a bed at night without even being cleaned. They don't have any staff to assist the residents; all they do is clean. All the services they offer are lies. I saw the psychologist four months later at the time of admission and when we left the nursing home (without providing any kind of service). They refused to give us or show us a medical report, and the nursing home doctor even said in a meeting that he was not involved. The annual activities posted on a corkboard at the entrance, along with the menu and other information, are complete lies. Nothing is ever done there, neither in the morning nor in the afternoon, except for the television. And the menu is sandwiches, hotdogs, or omelets. Varied and healthy for €2,200 a month. When you hit the doorman at the front door, they rush to hide everything that's not right so your family doesn't see it. When you come in here, first you die of grief, then of boredom, and finally, you die. HORRIBLE!!!

It is a very good residence with wonderful views, it is one of the best but like all of them there is always something to improve.

The most recommended nursing home for our loved ones. My experience was excellent. Everything was very clean, and the grandparents were delighted and very well cared for. Complete transparency with the family members speaks volumes about them. A team of excellent people and professionals. I want to thank everyone for the care they gave our mother until her final days. We will never forget you.

A residence with very clean and well-maintained facilities, large outdoor terraces, and a front garden. There are qualified professionals who work with the residents, and at least four people who care for our residents with love and dedication. Highly recommended. We are very happy with the care and treatment my relative receives. Thank you all for your work and dedication.
