El Centro Residencial para mayores El Romeral recibe en general valoraciones muy positivas por parte de las familias, destacando especialmente el trato cálido, el ambiente familiar y el cuidado dedicado del personal hacia los residentes, aunque existe una crítica significativa respecto a los precios excesivos de servicios complementarios como la peluquería. A pesar de alguna opinión muy negativa aislada, la mayoría de los comentarios reflejan satisfacción con la calidad asistencial y el bienestar emocional que proporciona la residencia a sus usuarios.

Thank you for your love and care for our vulnerable elderly. We are always grateful for your smiles with them. Sadly, my sister passed away last week, and I know that during the two years she was with you, you made her life more pleasant by making her feel loved. Thank you all, and I'm sure she's sending you a kiss from wherever she is.

My mother is in this residence and we are very happy with the treatment and the amenities it has. What I don't think is fair is the prices of the hairdresser: 39 euros for dyeing and trimming the ends. That seems outrageous to me. They are retired people and the prices should be lower. In January, she had 5 weeks and we paid 90 euros for the hairdresser. I think it's excessive. The hairdresser told me that she doesn't set the prices. I think the management should consider lowering the prices.

Thank you for always looking out for the residents, providing such a friendly, family-like atmosphere, and being such a welcoming place. There are things you may like more or less, but in the end, what matters is the care you provide, the respect and concern shown by each staff member, and the kindness you show them without being anything of their own. If there are families who don't trust the place or the staff, why not take them home? Let's see if they can do better. Thank you for everything, Fuentesol.

My mother lived at the DomusVi/Fuentesol residence for five years, and I have very fond memories of all the staff and residents who cared for her. I am deeply grateful for the kind, patient, and loving treatment they gave both her and her family.
