Opiniones

I had a meeting with Luis Plaza, president of the board of trustees, and I was able to see firsthand the work they do at the nursing home. It's truly commendable: the care, dedication, and sense of responsibility with which they manage everything entrusted to them is truly admirable. They don't just help, they dignify. They don't just manage, they protect and improve every resource with a loving care that is evident in every detail. I leave deeply impressed by the work they do and by the vision with which they convey it. A place that deserves support, recognition, and gratitude.

Hello, I'm giving it three stars for the wonderful service from the staff. However, they won't let us inside and there are serious structural problems. I've attached photos.

I've had a relative there for a while, and the staff is lovely, from the cleaners, the kitchen assistants, the nurse, and the management team. The treatment of the elderly is fantastic.

Very poor conditions. Cats roam the hallways. Any elderly person can leave without prior checks. The management is very rude and arrogant, especially Luis Plaza, who is an unpleasant man. I would never take my family member there to live with cats and dampness.

Visit it; it has a beautiful church inside. And while you're there, you can help by donating food, as they're always short on supplies. They also gratefully accept drugstore items. There are elderly people who, unfortunately, never receive any visitors, and they are incredibly grateful.
