El Centro Residencial La Besana presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian sinceramente la calidad de la atención, limpieza, profesionalismo del personal y comunicación diaria con familias, otros reportan negligencia grave, malnutrición de residentes, falta de respuesta telefónica y trato inhumano. Esta disparidad sugiere inconsistencias significativas en la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos o en cómo se atiende a diferentes residentes.

We recently lost my father, and we feel obliged to thank this nursing home for the way they treated him and us, his daughters. The cleanliness, care, accessibility to our father, the food, and the professionalism were all top-notch. I wish I could have enjoyed a little more of those professional assistants, who made him laugh even when he didn't want to, who energized him and cheered him up when they saw he was feeling less than comfortable. Thank you for keeping us updated on his condition every day, for constantly monitoring his medication, his medical conditions, and his personal hygiene. And above all, we are grateful that when it was time to say goodbye, you were so kind to leave us with him. There are no words. Congratulations to the management team, the assistants, the nurses, and all the staff. Always grateful. Paqui and Trini. A hug to everyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS RESIDENCE. The treatment of the elderly in this residence is deplorable. I speak from experience, having experienced it firsthand with my own grandmother. They don't bother feeding the dependents with Alzheimer's, resulting in total malnutrition, confirmed by a doctor. You speak to the staff to explain why this situation has arisen, and they simply tell you that 'she eats quite well, and given her age and illness, it's unusual for her to be alive.' They also neglect to answer the phone and inform family members daily about the residents' condition. A real disaster. I do not recommend taking your loved ones to this 'residence.'

The service has been wonderful, both in person and over the phone. They've kept us informed about everything that's happened to my grandmother, and they've been incredibly empathetic. We felt completely at ease leaving her here, as they've treated her with such excellent care, like a family member. God bless everyone who works here.

Inhumane treatment. Unqualified staff and deplorable management. They fabricate reports to try and cover up their incompetence and lack of humanity and care. A true disgrace. I agree with the last comment I read: if you love your elderly relatives, don't take them there.
