El Centro Residencial Fuente Ariza presenta un patrón consistente de críticas muy negativas en todas las reseñas, con usuarios denunciando falta de cuidado adecuado, trato inapropiado del personal, infraestructura deplorable más allá de las visitas programadas y prácticas cuestionables tanto en gestión como en aspectos financieros. Los residentes reportan que la calidad de vida es deficiente, el personal es escaso e inadecuado, y existe un ambiente de autoritarismo y falta de respeto hacia los ancianos, por lo que la residencia no es recomendada

Not recommended. They claim to have healthcare staff, but they don't; they simply follow management's instructions. Residents receive inadequate care due to the staff shortage.

Not recommended if you want your loved one to live longer. They prepare it very well for the visit, but if you pay a surprise visit, the scene is deplorable. If you care about your family, don't take them there.

At Residencia Fuente Ariza, the rules imposed by the owner and family are followed. You have to ask their permission for everything, whether it's a place supposedly for peaceful living, for €1600/month for the CLIENTS, but under the "rules" they impose, or those of an assistant who acts like she owns the place. She bosses people around, yells, scolds, threatens, insults, and mistreats the residents. The last place I would recommend.

They are not trustworthy!!! I do not recommend that you take your elderly to that residence, as they have unorthodox practices without going into details, and regarding the financial aspect, whenever you make a payment on account or they have to refund you, with a well-reflected and signed invoice, since otherwise they usually have memory lapses!!!
