The worst nursing home ever.I had a friend who went there,he got some financial issues in a moment who has been resolved, but they banned all the visits until than,so, they used some kind of childish punishment on him.The stay there was very stressed for him,as he told me everytime, and finally he got a very unexpected dead in a hospital. In one of my visit there I could see a poor woman, with mental health issues, abandoned. Very nice pictures,on the page, but awful reality. That place is to be avoided.

We live in Australia and on the recommendation of the hospital we put our grandmother in this home. The website shows a beautiful place with lots of facilities and things to do, this could not be more wrong. Safety and ease should be the one of the main priorities of a nursing home and this problem begins from the minute you exit your car. Footpaths are very uneven, broken or have a deep drop off the from the concrete to the ground. Although there is a beautiful garden walk, for the fragile & elderly this is a dangerous task. Some paths are completely gravel covered making it impossible to push a walker/wheelchair. Our grandmother had fallen on this path herself. We paid 2,000 Euros for a single room a month. The single room is very very small. The smell in the room was terrible and although this was mentioned nothing was done. The TV that was included in the room was suppose to be connect to channels in different countries/languages. We were told that they were unable to connect her TV to any Dutch TV. The gym area was outdoors making it impossible to use in the winter. Machinery was old and dirty. Pool, gym and sitting areas had no footpath to the designated areas forcing you to go off the footpath and walk among the high tree roots on the ground before you can get to the areas. It is named an International Senior Hotel with careers who speak other languages and yet nobody we met could speak English. At night, as many elder people with dementia do our grandmother would go walking with her dog in the garden. Although the garden is large it has a full clear view from the house. We were advised that she would go walking and it would take hours before the nurses would find her. It angers us that it would take hours when you can see the full garden and for a fit person only takes 5 minutes to makes a full walk around. We were charged for hair cuts and pedicures but her friends who visited her claimed she never had any of this done. Unfortunately our grandmother die after only being in this place for 2 months but given the choice again or had we seen this place beforehand we would never have placed her this this horrible place. Jo, a Danish women who owns the place was in contact with us while she was in her care and her English was not very good. When we contacted her in regards to these concerns in English and in Daish we were completely ignored and have heard nothing from her since. We were told by our grandmothers friends that Jo is seen at the Hotel daily so these problems are clear to her as much as it is clear to us that she does not care.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Casa Klein. The facilities are very welcoming, and I especially loved the garden. There's a wide variety of flowers and aromatic plants, trees, and cacti. It has a perimeter path perfect for walking, ideal for staying active. The front-line staff is very experienced and speaks English, German, and Scandinavian languages. Their warm and friendly service is the best thing about the house. I enjoyed the home-cooked meals, prepared fresh daily with high-quality ingredients. The desserts are spectacular if you have a sweet tooth.

They're only interested in money; there's no empathy for people without families and those who are sick.

It was simply wonderful. My grandma felt very comfortable. Since she's alone, it's very important to me that she stays somewhere she feels comfortable and that I can go home with peace of mind. The staff is excellent and always very attentive. Which is very important to me because my grandma and Teas are forgetful. A big thank you to all the staff! They made it possible for my 85-year-old grandma to visit me.
