I have a relative who has been there for years, and the truth is, the treatment is absolutely excellent. There are plenty of staff for the few patients. They are very well looked after, with great care and compassion. I am very grateful to the entire team at the Castilla Care Center.

Good afternoon. My mother spent seven months at this nursing home. From November until a few days ago, when she obtained a contracted place at another nursing home. My family and I have nothing but words of gratitude for the care received and the excellent food provided to the residents there. I want to mention Mar, the director, for her excellent management, and the assistants, Isabel, Maite, Marta, José, and Guillermo. I apologize if I've missed any of them, but you all form an exceptional team. Thank you so much for the care you gave my mother, Isabel. Thank you.

I've been thinking about writing for several days, but I think it's a waste of time because everything will stay the same. And it's a shame. I recently had a relative there, and the truth is, the staff there is excellent. They treat each other humanely and lovingly. But it's not just what I'm about to describe; I've seen it myself, and I think it's my own. The manager, Mar, was very nice at first, but honestly, it's painful to see and sometimes hear how she treated, and surely still treats, the staff. There's a shortage of staff on weekends. It's a real shame how they seem to be in several places at once, and the grandparents during the visit recounted it. I think it's inhumane. If it were my daughter, I'd tell you, I wouldn't let her work there. Especially after hearing the manager speak to and treat the people who work there when I visited. The nursing team isn't here today, won't be here tomorrow, and so on and so forth. I emphasize that this woman has a very professional team that she doesn't deserve. Thank you so much to those of you who have cared for my relative. And if she has a boss above her, stop her. Thanks again, everyone. And I hope she sleeps well.

I've had two of my aunts stay here, and I have to congratulate both the management and the staff; the care was exceptional. It's a family-run residence, and that's evident in the warm and personal attention. Thank you so much for everything.

My grandmother has been in this care home for over two years, and our family is delighted. She's been in two other care homes before, and this one is by far the best. They provide excellent monitoring of her physical and mental health, are very attentive to her, and keep us informed of her condition and progress at all times. We find it to be a very professional care home, complemented by a very personal and friendly approach, which is greatly appreciated, so we are very happy. I've read some reviews that I don't understand, since in these years I've had the care of two very attentive doctors, not just one doctor as one reviewer mentions, and the food has been fantastic. I understand that everyone sees things from their own perspective and circumstances, but from our point of view, it certainly deserves a 10 out of 10. Thank you very much, and I hope you continue doing such excellent work for many years to come.
