Very personal and close treatment, very different from the treatment at nursing homes where they have a lot of people. During the pandemic, they've been extremely careful to prevent infections; in fact, there haven't been any. My father came from a large nursing home, and I think he's better cared for here.

My mother, Carmen Salas Diaz, lived in this residence from early 2017 until April 2019. Due to a hip fracture, she had to be hospitalized. I had to transfer her to another residence. This caused her level of dependency to change, and unfortunately, she could no longer live in the "Community Housing" residence in Villanueva del Pardillo. From the time my mother lived there, I can only give a satisfactory assessment. And I have nothing but words of gratitude for the managers of this residence. The treatment was unbeatable, and I only regret that circumstances forced me to transfer her to another residence. I would like to reiterate my gratitude to these people for their care and support for my mother.
