The best care home we could have chosen for my father. Excellent professionals and even better people, always caring and attentive to both him and us, his family. Every single staff member was wonderful, but I must especially mention Nicol, the caregiver who looked after my father as if he were family—a truly marvelous person. An excellent care home. My grandfather has been here for several months, and we are delighted with the staff's attention. They are always looking after him, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the facilities are very well maintained. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents' well-being. Highly recommended!

Words cannot express what I experienced here. I can only express my gratitude to the entire team at the center: nurses Laura and Cristian, my colleague Dr. Johanna, all the nursing assistants, supervisors, cleaning staff, receptionists, the director Nuria, social services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and maintenance staff, especially Rosa. To the whole team, thank you for your kindness, for making me feel at home, for your smiles, and for the way you care for the residents. Highly recommended. It's a fabulous residence. The first thing that strikes you is the cleanliness, both in the common areas and the rooms; it smells wonderful and is very beautiful and spacious. But its five stars lie in the compassionate care of the people who look after the elderly. Reception, doctors and nurses, psychologist, social worker, therapists, caregivers, general services staff—I wouldn't want to leave anyone out; this is for all of them. I've seen it not only with my family member but also in the way I've treated the other residents. They genuinely care about them and about us, their families.
