My mother has been in this care home for five months. I transferred her here because it's closer to my home. Her stay has been completely satisfactory. I only have words of gratitude for ALL the staff at the care home. They treated her with unparalleled kindness. Thank you so much.

My mother stayed at this residence for eight months, until she was transferred to a center closer to the family. During her stay, she received excellent care, and we were kept informed of everything we needed to know. The facilities were always very clean and tidy. As for the food, I found it to be of very good quality, as it was cooked on-site and not from a catering service.

The director of the nursing home is a great professional and, above all, a warm and caring person. The care and dedication with which she treats the residents and their families is evident, always paying attention to every detail to ensure they are well cared for and supported. Her management is impeccable, instilling confidence and creating a warm and family-like atmosphere in the center. Thanks to her work, we have the peace of mind of knowing that our seniors are in the best hands.

My mother, with cognitive impairment, was admitted to the first floor. The hospitalization is described as wonderful, and once you're there, everything changes, I can assure you. We, her children, were the ones who noticed her many urinary tract infections and detected them because she cried when she tried to urinate. They couldn't see anything because they'd forgotten about them. We asked for the catheter to be changed because it was now orange and gave off a bad smell. Could they really not see it? We asked every day if she was eating and drinking because she couldn't speak, and they told us everything was going very well. But the truth is, she was admitted to the hospital and later died from severe malnutrition and dehydration, which is documented in the hospital reports. Please, if your father or mother depends on them, as was my mother's case on the first floor, the ward of horrors, don't put them there. And please, what can I say about the lack of cleanliness in the rooms? It's a real shame. We complained constantly, but it didn't matter; they blamed each other.

My mother spent her last two years at Vitalia Griñon. She passed away a few days ago, and she was cared for at all times by the entire staff. I would like to thank all of them—the doctor, nurses, and assistants—for the care they gave her and us at all times, making our stay easier and supporting us until the end. A center where our elders are given the care they deserve. Greetings to everyone.
