My experience at this nursing home has not been very positive. I believe the medical care left much to be desired, as I did not perceive the level of professionalism and dedication I expected. I believe the attending physician could have improved the way he treated and followed up with patients, showing more interest and empathy. Unfortunately, this aspect means my rating is not as favorable as I would like, since the quality of medical care is essential in a facility of this type. I hope they take this into account and this does not happen again.

My mother has been here for a few months now and is doing quite well. I hope it stays that way. Except for two employees who sometimes speak disrespectfully to family members, as long as they speak to me like that and not to my mother, I'll put up with it.

I have no words to express my gratitude to the entire staff at the center for the exquisite care and dedication with which they treated not only my mother during her short stay, but also me, her daughter, during the days leading up to her death. I was able to stay with her until her last breath.
