The care home conveys a worrying sense of neglect. The staff shortage directly impacts the quality of care. In an environment that demands constant attention and individualized care, the lack of resources translates into delays, oversights, and negligent situations. Furthermore, the staff is not properly qualified, to the point that the cook even had to attend to the elderly residents, something completely inappropriate for a center that should guarantee professional care. The staff's treatment (with one exception) is cold and distant, more mechanical than human. The elderly need empathy and presence, but here, hurried and impersonal interactions predominate, reinforcing the feeling of dehumanization. My grandmother was a resident there and, due to the caregivers' negligence, ended up with wounds that became infected and required her transfer to the hospital. The consequence is visible: residents who spend long periods in silence, with delayed or insufficient attention. The overall atmosphere is sad and oppressive, lacking the warmth that a place intended for dignified care in the final stage of life should have. Having read this comment, would you bring a loved one to this residence? I wish places like this didn't exist.

The managers are rude and treat the residents very poorly. They've even banned residents who leave the center from speaking to the neighbors because they express their discontent at the center, and they're not interested in that. They have no shame and even insult the elderly residents in the area without any qualms. We don't recommend this center at all because the person who runs it leaves much to be desired, both personally and professionally. The staff is different every week, so I understand the treatment won't be good either. Not to mention how neglected the facilities are, both inside and out. One day we came across a disoriented resident who had escaped; that's how they care for the users. A center that's not at all suitable for the care of the elderly.

This nursing home treats its seniors poorly. When they leave the facility, they go shopping to try to supplement their diet. They tell anyone they meet them about it. They even give them half a banana to eat. The treatment of their seniors isn't much better; you can find them at any time in the neighborhood. On one occasion, late at night, they tried to get in, but no one would listen. The neighbors spent a long time accompanying the elderly person. This indicates a lack of resources and staff.

Our experience was very short and bad. The building is very old and lacks any kind of safety features; electrical outlets have been ripped out, and walls are crumbling. When they show you around, they only show you one area that's actually habitable. But that's not the reason we're giving it a low rating. Residents are forced to wear diapers day and night, even when they are toilet trained, which significantly reduces their independence. Both able-bodied residents without any mental health issues and those with dementia or Alzheimer's are tied down at night, and the bed rails are blocked so they can't get out of bed unless the only person on duty allows it. Psychologically, it's terrifying if your loved one is aware of what's happening around them. The food is good, and the staff is friendly, but they are forced to resort to inhumane practices due to staff shortages.

This place needs to be shut down. The care is appalling; they keep the children in dirty clothes, with poor food and inadequate care. My father left with several foot ulcers, pneumonia, and malnutrition. I don't recommend it. There are no activities or anything they advertise; it's just a business and they only want your money.
