My mother-in-law spent her final years at the Valderey residence, and we are so proud to have chosen it. The care is 100% personal, everything is spotless, the residents are well-groomed and hydrated, the beds are adjustable, the mattresses are good, the rooms are beautiful, not to mention the wonderful garden that Olga maintains. It's a very peaceful environment, and the staff is professional with 21 years of experience. The food is excellent. In short, it's a family-run residence where the residents are the priority and feel right at home. It's very difficult to find residences of this quality. Congratulations to Olga and MariJose because I don't think there's a residence that surpasses the quality of Valderey... if you have any doubts, just visit the residence, and in 10 minutes you'll see the difference.

A place of reference, without a doubt, where your elders will be cared for with care. My father became dependent due to an illness. He was there until mid-August, and my family only has words of gratitude for the entire team. Santiago, the head of the hospital, accompanied my father to the hospital and stayed by his side until we arrived, so that my father could rest easy and feel supported during this difficult time. Matís and Santiago are always attentive to each resident, wanting to have firsthand information to share with their team. Matías and Santiago visited my father several times in the hospital. They prepared food that he loved so he could eat in the hospital because my father didn't want anything else. My father looked forward to returning with each hospital stay. It felt like home. He loved their food, their family-like treatment, their pampering and care. They have our complete gratitude and respect. We recommend them 100%. My aunt is currently in the nursing home, and I'm so glad I made the timely decision. Before the pandemic, we decided it was the best place for her—a welcoming, family-friendly place with excellent, highly professional staff. Good morning. When we brought my sister-in-law here two years ago, it was working fine, but I suppose due to poor management, it's getting worse. The staff are the only ones who care about the residents, but since they don't get paid, it's not the same anymore. It changed owners a month ago, but it's gotten even worse.
