Very bad. We were on the waiting list for my aunt. She was next in line, but the other day they called us saying a new person had been admitted and we had to keep waiting. In other words, they let her in first. I expected more professionalism. Apparently, the person they let in didn't have any urgent need to be admitted; the family was friends with someone who's friends with someone who works at the care home. How unprofessional.

My mom was there until the very end... I can't call it a residence, but a new home that lovingly and attentively cared for her needs. Helena, Chelo, Alberto Carlos, Mika, and the others—she literally supported and guided my family with such naturalness and simplicity. It was a clean center, in a well-maintained environment full of flowers... they will always be in my memory... thank you so much...
