    Good afternoon. After taking my mother to the care home for hip surgery recovery and staying only a short time... I can only express my gratitude to everyone... Luis and Olga's kindness towards the residents, and not forgetting the caregivers who looked after her and gave her so much love; everyone together has been key to her recovery. Truly, thank you so much to each and every member of this wonderful team. And a special thanks to Marta. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and keep up the great work.

    I disagree with the negative comments that have been made, as the company management has been attentive to the families who sign the contract at all times. If those who made these comments are unaware of the Data Protection Act, I think they should inform themselves before writing inaccurate reviews. Instead, they should focus on the incredibly kind and personal treatment that all the staff provide to the residents, who are, after all, the ones who truly matter. From my perspective, I congratulate the entire team. Keep up the good work!

    I do not share these people's opinions, nor can I respect them when they write based on fallacies and misinformation. This family member, who is still in the care home, was informed daily about the family member's health status by the person in charge—something that is clear and verifiable. In fact, we have contacted the responsible family member to demand accountability for these unfortunate comments. If there is one thing that characterizes us, it is our absolute transparency and approachability in our management.

    I disagree with the reviews posted. Residents and their families are well cared for, and everyone involved in the resident's care is kept informed. The residence management itself provides this information. If they're not available, they ask for your name and phone number so they can contact the caller. And I must add that the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

    I only have words of gratitude for each and every member of the staff at the residence. My father's name was Eduardo, and he spent his final years here. I've personally witnessed the care given to the residents, and I'm truly touched by the warmth and compassion with which they are treated. Thank you so much, truly.
