La Residencia Santa Ana destaca por la excelente calidad de atención y el trato humanizado que proporciona su equipo, liderado por Clara, generando una atmósfera de calidez, respeto y dedicación que tranquiliza profundamente a los familiares. Todos los residentes muestran mejora cognitiva y emocional, sintiéndose cuidados con amor y consideración durante sus últimos años de vida. No se identifican aspectos negativos en las reseñas, presentando una residencia que funciona más como un hogar que como un servicio institucional.

I took my mother there, and although she was only there for 25 days, the care was exceptional. The level of cognitive improvement was spectacular. I couldn't be happier that I entrusted her to Clara and her staff. The activities, food, treatment, and flexibility were all outstanding. The same goes for us. We were kept informed, and their personal involvement was excellent. I can't recommend this residence enough; it's more than just a residence—it's a home. Eternally grateful.

Care, dedication, affection, respect… these are just a few examples of the adjectives I would use to describe Clara and the team at the care home. When someone comes to a service like this, they are going through the most delicate and difficult times of their life, and they need humane, compassionate, and understanding care. I can only express my gratitude for everything. During the months they cared for my mother, I felt very at ease knowing she was in very good hands. 💕

I must express my immense gratitude to Clara and her son David... to all the caregivers, to the members of the occupational therapy team (Carmen) and rehabilitation team (Joaquín), for the attention, care, and above all, the love they give our parents. It has been a blessing and a stroke of luck to have found this wonderful place, full of respect, consideration, tolerance, and so much joy. I am sure that my mother is living her last days, as she told me, "happily"... Once again, "Thank you all."

Five stars aren't enough to describe this place. My grandmother was here for over eight years, and I only have words of gratitude for Clara (the director), each of her staff, and all the other employees, who were like family to my grandmother until the very end, accompanying her, caring for her, and loving her. They gave her a path of dignity and love for those final steps before succumbing to such cruel illnesses as Alzheimer's. Personally, I would want to end up in a place like this if I had to deal with such a disease. Thank you again, and also on behalf of my grandmother, who, wherever she is, I'm sure feels the same way. A huge hug to everyone, and farewell.
