La Residencia San Andrés Cercedilla presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos usuarios destacan la dedicación del personal y la calidad de atención recibida durante estancias prolongadas, otros critican severamente la falta de recursos y personal para atender adecuadamente a residentes dependientes, señalando problemas de higiene y una carga de trabajo insostenible para el equipo. La residencia parece ser más adecuada para personas autónomas, pero insuficiente para aquellos con mayores necesidades de cuidado.

Constructive feedback: They can't have just one staff member and pay them so little. For: a) cleaning, b) caring for the residents, c) preparing food. Each staff member should only be responsible for a minimum of five elderly residents. A health inspection should be conducted properly.

My mother lived in this residence for five years. The care was wonderful. The staff was very dedicated, caring, and friendly. They always made sure to provide residents with an excellent quality of life, with all their comforts and needs met. EXCELLENT

A good nursing home for able-bodied people. Based on our experience with a dependent relative, it doesn't meet the necessary requirements to care for these individuals. Even at the Collado Villalba hospital itself, the assistant herself confirmed to us that this nursing home didn't specialize in dependent people...

The residence is fine if you're not looking for dependent individuals. It has 13 beds, 3 of which are for dependent people, but there's only one person per shift in charge of all the residents, and that person has to clean, cook, bathe the residents, etc. As you can imagine, they're overwhelmed. In fact, on several occasions when we've gone and needed to use the toilet, they've sent us to the residents' bathroom, and there was urine on the floor and in the toilet bowl.

Small residence with a family atmosphere. My mother stayed there from August 2017 until February 2023, when she passed away. She always said she felt loved and cared for. Thank you.
