La Residencia Reto a la Esperanza recibe valoraciones excepcionales de los usuarios, quienes destacan la dedicación y calidez del personal, la excelente atención médica y el trato digno y amoroso hacia los residentes, especialmente en casos de enfermedades como el Alzheimer. Los visitantes alaban el modelo de cuidado familiar de la residencia y sus buenas instalaciones, siendo las únicas críticas menores aspectos externos como el acceso vial que no dependen del centro.

Residencia Reto Mayores is undoubtedly the best senior living residence I've ever been to. I traveled there for work and paid a visit. Regardless of the time you go, the staff is helpful, they create a wonderful atmosphere with the residents, and I have very few complaints about the facilities. Their only real drawback is the access road, which is terrible, but that's not their fault. Both the facilities and the staff are excellent, always so kind to the residents, and the medical care is outstanding. I don't know the requirements for obtaining a place, nor whether it's private or subsidized, but if a family member ever needs it, I would recommend a place like this. I hope they expand to other regions and can offer their services to other families.

This is a WONDERFUL place, where they care for, pamper, and treat the elderly residents with immense care and dignity. My grandmother Tiva had the privilege of being with them during the last stage of her life, and it was the best gift she could have received (she had Alzheimer's). They took incredible care of her in every way. They bathed her daily, she was always clean, they changed her diaper when necessary, they put makeup on her because she had always loved wearing it, they treated her with so much affection, love, and patience, we could visit her whenever it suited us, they fed her well, they talked to her, they encouraged her to do crafts... and so much more. WORDS CAN'T END UP WHENEVER I WRITE THEM. I am so grateful that they were angels to my beloved grandmother. THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART

I have seen few residences like this one, where the elderly are cared for as if they were a family; it is small but other residences should learn from this model to follow.
