DO NOT ADMIT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS RESIDENCE!!! This residence is all facade. They don't have enough staff. Every week there are new staff members because they can't handle the heavy workload, and I imagine the salaries are insufficient. On weekends and holidays, the level of service is even worse since there's usually only ONE person on duty for the night shift...imagine what happens if your family member needs urgent care.... My father is diabetic, and since the staff also lacks proper training, sometimes they would give him long-acting insulin instead of rapid-acting insulin, they would remove the needle before administering the correct dose, and as a result, the insulin would run down his arm. He had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to have the decency to give him his medication.... Once they gave him the wrong dose of insulin because they confused him with another patient, etc., etc....My father was mentally fine and told me about all the problems he was experiencing. I could tell you about many other incidents we suffered, all of which were reported to the residence's management, but without any response or corrective action from them. Their practice is to never reply to emails about your issues; this way they avoid being exposed, and if you decide to file a complaint, you have no evidence. The less said about the food, the better. In short...it was an ordeal for over a year while my father was there. This residence advertises an attractive price, around €1700 per month for a single room, which is a good price, to be honest...BUT BEWARE: if your relative's physical condition deteriorates and they need more help eating or showering, the residence can unilaterally decide, after an evaluation by their own staff, to change your classification and therefore demand a higher price for needing more services. Ours went from €1700 to €2700 per month for this reason. That was the last straw, and as a result, we decided to leave the residence. For that price, there are other residences that not only charge you the money but also provide the service you need—something this residence simply can't offer due to its severe lack of resources. In short...it's best to look for another residence and don't be fooled by their "baiting" price.

Excellent senior living residence. The director and staff are very professional and caring. I know this residence from the experience of two family members, one of whom currently lives there. The other passed away at almost 100 years old after living there for about 12 years, always receiving excellent care and treatment. They have the right resources and the affection of the entire team, but especially the director. I trust this residence so much that my mother has been there for a few days now. The welcome has been wonderful, and she has settled in better than expected. The facilities are spacious, with areas for enjoying the outdoors, which is fantastic when you're older. The food is high quality and well-prepared. Impeccable cleanliness. They are always attentive to the residents' medical needs. They have a lot of experience and are excellent professionals. I can only express my gratitude.

I have very little good to say. I've learned that the director has been replaced, news that has greatly pleased me because the previous one couldn't have been more incompetent and inconsiderate... a director who mocks the elderly when they cry. There are few staff members, some better than others, and some quite unpleasant people... as always, the best ones leave. They had to leave from RESCO, which left the residence for the disabled severely understaffed. A management disaster. And if we're talking about the food, it's a disgrace.

My experience was not good. We took my parents there for the summer, and they were understaffed. They offered virtually no stimulation, no occupational therapy, no rehabilitation, and no socio-cultural activities. My parents did practically nothing all day and were incredibly bored; the days dragged on endlessly. The meals were also quite poor. Their condition worsened during their stay. On the positive side, the caregivers were quite affectionate with them.

A very satisfactory experience. I've had several family members stay here, and I can't thank them enough for the excellent care they received. The facilities are impeccable, the center's management is superbly professional, attentive to everything, and it's a great relief. The staff who care for the elderly do so with commendable care and joy. It's very difficult to deal with older people who don't always show gratitude. My congratulations to everyone! Highly recommended. It gives great peace of mind.
