I am deeply grateful for what this community and its staff do for the elderly, especially for my mother and previously for my father. The care is based on genuine affection. The residence is very clean, and the food is homemade and plentiful. The residents are surrounded by nature in a peaceful environment. All the residents are able to get up and do not have bedsores thanks to the daily care provided by the staff. I find it degrading, in very poor taste, and disrespectful that lies are being written about this residence when so much love and care is being given to our loved ones.

Perhaps if you had visited your relative, you would think differently; it's very easy to criticize when you don't know. The residence undergoes inspections by the Madrid regional government, health authorities, social services, etc., and they have never had any problems. If they are given purees, it's because they can't eat anything else, but I can assure you that they have nothing to complain about regarding the food. The nuns dote on the elderly residents. It's a small residence where they are very well cared for.

I would like to tell all the people who are commenting that these reviews are for giving an opinion about a care home, not for commenting on an elderly woman and her family about whom they know nothing and barely know. They are violating the personal data protection law, which is indeed grounds for a complaint. It's clear who is giving out my mother's personal information, and it says a lot about both the care home and the people who are speaking without knowing the facts. Comment on your own personal situations, not on others. I have visited every week, but I don't have to justify my presence to any of the residents' families, so please refrain from commenting on us. According to my lawyer, these comments giving out personal information about my mother and her health within the care home are grounds for a complaint. How audacious ignorance can be!

Excellent service, it's like a big family with very few residents. I'm very happy with the cleanliness, the care, and the way they treat our seniors; they're very kind. My mother has been here for two years and is very happy. The food is homemade and delicious. Highly recommended. Congratulations! We need more centers like this. Negative reviews are just trying to hurt this great team of professionals! The residence is spectacular in every way, and the service is unbeatable! Thank you!

Wonderful residence. My mother has been very well cared for despite everything that another part of the family is writing in fake reviews. As the nuns and staff know very well, my sister and I don't agree with everything they say and have done. My nephews are just spreading rumors about their mother and things they don't know. My mother improved as soon as she arrived at the residence. They always play cards, Parcheesi, paint... The food is homemade, unlike in large residences where it's catered. A doctor visits them regularly and is attentive to anything that might happen. A big kiss to all the caregivers and nuns at the residence. And please, don't listen to these people anymore; they're not worth it. Hugs.
