La Residencia Virgen Llana es valorada principalmente por su ambiente familiar, atención personalizada y dedicación del equipo de cuidadores, quienes tratan a los residentes con genuina afección y flexibilidad en aspectos como las visitas. Sin embargo, las instalaciones son antiguas y su funcionamiento depende fuertemente de personal clave como Manuel, lo que representa una vulnerabilidad si estos miembros no están presentes, además de que la residencia es pequeña y más adecuada para personas con alta dependencia.

This is a residence where everyone—the residents and staff alike—feels like family. It's not brand new or luxurious, because the residents don't need that; the true luxury lies in the care, attention, and affection they receive. I can only express my deepest gratitude to all the caregivers. Every day I'm more certain that my mother couldn't be in better hands.

It's a small care home; the ratio isn't bad compared to larger facilities. The owners are also employees, which has a positive impact on the residents. Most of the staff are friendly. My experience with my mother, despite the limitations of a care home, was positive. They are quite flexible with after-hours visits. I'm giving it 5 stars because, within the residential care sector and compared to the large, luxurious groups, they made having my family member there much more bearable. They don't have their own doctor, but if there's a problem, they call one or take her to the health center next door. An occupational therapist comes twice a week. The only downside is that it's a very old house, but I value the care above all else.

Small and family-run. A stable, dedicated team that knows and cares for the elderly residents with affection, adapting to each one's pace and needs. Without the amenities of a hotel, but with the warmth of a family. Always attentive, homemade and fresh food, strict cleanliness and hygiene. Everything perfect. My thanks to Sonia, Juanita, Geraldine, Manuel, and José Ramón for the time they cared for my mother. She couldn't have been in a better place.

Small and family-friendly. But it's only suitable for highly dependent people. The soul of the residence is Manuel, loving and concerned about the residents. If he's not there, everything is a disaster.

Family-friendly residence, a real home away from home. Home-cooked meals freshly prepared for our parents or grandparents. Excellent service from both Ramón and the caregivers. Our whole family is very happy with it and I highly recommend it.
