After a terrible experience at another center, which I've reviewed previously, we decided to switch to this residence. I only have words of gratitude for them. Rocío, leading a wonderful team, inspires optimism and joy during what can sometimes be difficult times… and her professionalism is beyond question. The space is marvelous, surrounded by the entire Sierra de Guadarrama mountain range. Just having those views lifts your spirits. THANK YOU!!

My grandmother was admitted to the Mirasierra Residence in very serious condition due to several incidents she suffered at her previous care home. Thanks to the team led by Rocío, her delicate dermatological and infectious condition was completely reversed. She was treated with immense professionalism, dedication, compassion, and care. During her stay, my grandmother was happy, and we felt calm and confident knowing she was perfectly cared for. We highly recommend this residence for its empathy with both residents and their families, its professionalism, competence, warmth, and ease of communication. They are a great team. My mother-in-law has been there since September. The adjustment was difficult for her (as is normal when you leave home and everything changes), but with great patience and care, they have helped her feel calm and happy. She participates in activities, has company, her health is monitored, and she enjoys the food (which is appropriate for her needs). We are very grateful to Rocío and her team.

It's truly a joy to see how well she's cared for, with a wide variety of activities to keep her active both physically and mentally. Mirasierra is more than just a residence; it's a very special little house, full of charm, so welcoming, so beautiful, and so sweet. Its true treasure lies within: each of its residents, along with their families and friends—our treasures, who are being cared for, nurtured, and pampered with so much love that sometimes even we ourselves can't give them. To each and every one of these wonderful people who make up the amazing care team, who share and dedicate part of their lives to keeping our treasure alive, we are immensely grateful for their dedication and effort. They are all a big family who have been there for my mother, always and forever. Entrusting my mother to Mirasierra has proven to be the best and most wise decision we could have made.
