I am super happy with Gladys, Elsa, Paola,… the treatment towards my mother could not be more wonderful, they are beyond brilliant. Very professional and even more human. The incredible facilities, the physio service so necessary for my mother is first class. A success to have come to live here. THANK YOU for everything

The only good thing about it is the building itself: the nice surroundings, the views, and the peace and quiet. I really dislike that they're forced to sit in chairs all against the wall of their shared space. Every time I've visited, they're always sitting like that, and we all know how difficult it is for people that age to sit like that for so long. If they were my parents, they certainly wouldn't be there, but since I can't make that decision, I had to put up with it. I've stopped visiting because I always leave feeling incredibly depressed after seeing the same situation. The only thing that changes is where they sit. Another thing I didn't like is that they've brought her a ton of clothes, but they rarely, if ever, dress her in her own clothes. A matching amethyst necklace and bracelet set has also disappeared. What really hurts is that they don't even bother to dress her in her own clothes and that they spend so much time sitting in the same place. I repeat, I wouldn't leave a family member there for anything, especially when they're incapable of explaining what's happening.

We are so happy with this care home! They have managed to address a behavioral issue with patience and care. My father didn't want to eat solid food, and here they have succeeded in getting him to eat again. We couldn't be more grateful. Furthermore, all the staff are lovely; they care about the residents and are interested in our feedback on their well-being and progress. María José, Andrés, and the entire team, thank you for caring for my father as we would at home ❤️

My husband has been at the Matalpino Residence for about a month now, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment and care he receives there. He's calmer, more serene, participates in some activities, and has improved in many ways. It's not easy having a family member in a place other than their own home, due to whatever circumstances, but since my husband has been at this residence, both my daughter and I are calmer; we know, because we've seen him, that he's fine. The director of the residence, María José, is wonderful, attentive to the resident's needs but also to the family's feelings. The entire staff is very caring, and that's so important! The owner of the residence, Mrs. Gladys, is also very kind and very attentive to the residents' well-being. And what can we say about the place? It's wonderful! It feels like a hotel in the mountains! All of this equally influences the overall well-being of the residents and everyone else! I sincerely recommend this residence! Thank you all so much for giving my husband, my daughter and me peace of mind, confidence and serenity.
