Residencia Los Enebros cuenta con un equipo de cuidadores excepcionales y una dirección generalmente elogiada por su dedicación y compasión hacia los residentes, con la mayoría de familias expresando gratitud profunda por la calidad de atención recibida durante años. Sin embargo, existe al menos una reseña que cuestiona la profesionalidad de la dirección en relación con la gestión administrativa y comunicación con familias, lo que contrasta significativamente con las experiencias ampliamente positivas reportadas por otros usuarios.

First and foremost, we wanted to publicly thank everyone who works at the Residence. During the eight years my grandparents lived there, we felt the constant affection of the staff, who possess exceptional compassion. On behalf of all my family, we can say that we consider them part of our own family and are incredibly grateful for the care and attention they gave my grandparents until their final days. Without a doubt, we recommend this residence to anyone, especially since it is so perfectly managed by Linda, the director. Thank you for everything. We love you all.

I am very grateful to the entire staff at the residence and to its director, Linda, for the care my mother received during her time there. I always saw the affection with which they treated her, the other residents, and their families. The food was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this residence.

I only have words of gratitude for the staff and management of the residence, especially Linda and Ninoska. As I mentioned, my experience was very positive. My father was cared for and looked after from 2019 until his recent passing. They do everything possible to meet the needs of the residents and their families. While it's a modest residence, it's much better than some more expensive ones.

I can't comment on how the elderly are treated there. What I can say is about the lack of professionalism of the director, Linda. We visited the residence, and the next hour we gave her our approval, only to find out she had already booked other people who came after us, without prior notice. Furthermore, she was unwilling to answer my calls when I complained. I wonder if she can't handle a situation like this, how will she manage the residence and the care of the elderly?

A very good nursing home, very pleasant and professional staff. You can see they care deeply about the grandparents. My grandmother was there for a short time, but what she was there was excellent: the doctor, the care... Everything was perfect. I'm very grateful for the treatment I received, and of course, my grandmother.
