La Residencia Las Fuentes presenta una realidad contradictoria: mientras que el equipo médico y de cuidados es elogiado por su dedicación, profesionalismo y trato humanitario hacia los residentes, la gestión administrativa y ciertos aspectos operativos generan seria preocupación, incluyendo casos críticos de negligencia en cuidados (úlceras por presión y malnutrición), falta de empatía del personal de recepción y problemas en la gestión de pagos. Good morning. I'm sorry to say it was a disappointment for us because in the four months my daughters' grandmother was there, she developed stage 4 ulcers and malnutrition. We had to take her to the emergency room at the 12 de Octubre Hospital. Thanks to social services, the doctors, and the nurses, we were able to transfer her to another residence. It's heartbreaking that they lack compassion for the elderly. Don't they realize that they have jobs thanks to them and that with good management, our seniors can be well cared for? Teamwork is essential in a nursing home, but sadly, there was no support for our grandmother.

Please... the girl at the entrance needs to be removed. What a lack of manners and empathy. Someone else should be assigned to greet visitors and welcome them to the residence.

We would like to thank the medical team: nurses, therapists, and assistants in general, for their care and affection for our mother. If it weren't for them, this nursing home wouldn't function. It's a shame that the effort and dedication of this great team has been tarnished by an administration with such poor behavior and unprofessionalism. A deposit they were supposed to pay after three months was paid five months later after much complaining, and a real headache.

Nothing is perfect, and I know they're working to improve the laundry, food, and other amenities. They treat the residents with care, take care of every detail, and improve their lives with activities. My father is happy; he's been here since March 2022 and is feeling more and more at home, and his children are reassured to see him well. Totally recommendable.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone who cared for my aunt from her admission until her passing in the hospital. I especially want to highlight the diligence, professionalism, and compassion of Marta García. She made the difficult experience of hospitalization and its management much easier and more manageable. Her willingness to locate my aunt's belongings and all her assistance with the logistics were invaluable. I wish there were a Marta García in every department of every care home. Thank you so much.
