La Residencia La Torre recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos residentes y sus familias elogian calurosamente la atención personalizada, el trato familiar del personal y las instalaciones acogedoras, otros critican severamente la falta de personal, especialmente los fines de semana, la calidad de las comidas precocinadas, el mal estado de las habitaciones compartidas y la relación calidad-precio cuestionable para una residencia privada de alto coste. My mother is currently a resident there, since December 17th, and they are treating her with great care and are very attentive to her, as she is still adjusting. There has been a change in management, and I think it will all be for the best. The garden is very large, and the visiting areas are very well set up. I am very grateful for the care and attention they are giving her.

What can I say... A disaster... the services... Very little staff to care for our elderly residents... Weekends are even worse, with no diaper changes or personal attention... I don't even know where to begin... The pre-cooked meals are now supplied by another company... When they should have their own cooks... Food is essential... Rooms with poor lighting... It's heartbreaking to visit our family member... And what about the rooms... The bedside table has broken drawers... The wardrobe is tiny, the duvets are worn out... And on top of that, they're shared rooms... A PRIVATE RESIDENCE... THAT COSTS US OVER €1900 EACH MONTH... WE'RE ON THE WAITING LIST FOR ANOTHER RESIDENCE... WHILE WE WAIT... IT'S CHANGED OWNERS... AND IF IT WAS TERRIBLE BEFORE, NOW IT'S AWFUL!!!

Good evening, my name is Olga. I am from Belarus. As a child, I came from the Chernobyl fund to this residence. In my heart, only the warmest memories of Carmen and Juan and their children Fernando, Javi, Ana and Antonio remained! It was very exciting to find on the maps this place where I spent wonderful days and see that nothing has changed, everything is just as cozy and bright!!! I say hello, maybe you will answer me)

We had a family member in this residence for 11 years until her passing; she considered it her home. All the staff (management, doctors, nurses, caregivers, etc.) were always very attentive and caring, both to her and to us. Our experience was very positive. We recommend it without hesitation.

A very family-oriented residence. My in-laws stayed for fifteen months, and the treatment of residents and their families was exceptional, from the management to the nurses and assistants, especially Antonio (manager) and Emma (nurse). The price is very reasonable for the high quality of service and facilities. It's such a welcoming residence that they try to help residents maintain their routines and hobbies, making them feel right at home. Carmelo is very grateful for this. 100% recommended.
