This is the worst thing about the nursing home. The comments come from the staff themselves. The food is awful. They yell at and mistreat the elderly. They make them scream up the stairs because there's no elevator. The breakfast is repetitive and disgusting. The owner, known as Donilza, is retired and runs everything.

The center is located in a quiet area but well-connected to Madrid, which facilitates family visits. It is a residence with strong values, a stable staff, and a warm approach to care for the elderly. A place very well camouflaged by those comments from the staff, however the reality is very different there staff who say that there is to treat by shouting and in a violent way because the relatives get angry, a very rude person apparently and I ask with this review that you ask your relatives well and that they tell you the truth, I imagine that not all the staff is involved because nobody in their right mind would treat an elderly and defenseless person badly, I ask that you check your relatives and ask honestly why there is a lot of negligence when suffering

My grandmother is treated very well there; she loves the atmosphere, and the staff go out of their way to make her feel at home. Everyone is incredibly kind, and I wish them all the best :)
