La Residencia La Aurora recibe mayormente evaluaciones muy positivas, destacando especialmente la atención personalizada y profesional del personal, la calidad de las instalaciones con jardines y espacios agradables, y la tranquilidad que genera en las familias saber que sus mayores están bien cuidados. Sin embargo, hay preocupaciones menores sobre el mantenimiento del área exterior y los alrededores de la residencia, aunque estas no afectan la experiencia general dentro de las instalaciones que es ampliamente elogiada.

There's nothing better than the peace of mind of knowing our parents are being cared for professionally and lovingly at all times. Personalized attention, delicious food, and a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of activities and a large outdoor space for fresh air and walks. THANK YOU for all your hard work. We had a bad experience at another facility, and this one is wonderful.

Despite being a neighbor and loving the building and its gardens, I haven't been inside the residence. What's truly regrettable is the state of the park at its entrance. The litter and the drinking parties have made it a disgrace, even though it's been renovated. There's also a small path next to the residence through the old railway tunnel, which is quite frightening to walk through. I'll post the photos tomorrow.

Our experience with my father-in-law has been outstanding. We changed our residence on November 10, 2025, and we only wish we had done it sooner. The improvement has been incredible. Thank you to all the staff!

I recommend the residence. My mother spent four years there and I have no complaints. Above all, the peace of mind of having a doctor constantly monitoring her well-being. The owner, Carmen, is a delight and always concerned about her residents. The staff is very pleasant and makes everything easy. I am very grateful for all the care I received. Thank you all.
