Our mother has been in this wonderful residence for a month now, and we are so happy… She has received a lot of physical and cognitive stimulation, and it shows… All the staff are very caring and attentive, and there's a great atmosphere, which gives us a lot of peace of mind.

The latest negative reviews are being posted out of hatred and resentment from the Prado del Rey residence in Pozuelo, as we are currently involved in a complaint for misappropriation of the bail and expenses for my father's trip to La Vereda del Sol. My father is being well cared for by qualified professionals. We apologize to them and let them know that we are doing everything possible to resolve this matter through legal means.

My grandfather is so happy and has improved tremendously, both physically and mentally. They do tons of activities and have a really comprehensive and entertaining program for them. I love seeing him improve day by day!

Finally, a nursing home where we feel right at home, with a warm and attentive staff. Our father is very well looked after and very happy in his "little hotel." Many thanks to the entire team.

No one knows what it's really like to take a family member there. Our grandmother was covered in ulcers, urinary tract infections she'd never had before, and bruises everywhere. No one gives you a coherent explanation… From the outside, it all looks wonderful, but the caregivers themselves told us about the atrocities that happen inside. Think twice before taking your family member there; this is just a recommendation.
