It's a shame how poorly managed the facility is. The nurse is in charge of managing the assistants' actions, and they often act independently. A housekeeper is missed; that's a suggestion. Efforts are being made to improve the facilities, it's true. Family members are sometimes treated like children, giving absurd answers to questions. Not everything is negative; I would like to emphasize the physiotherapist and social worker; they do a great job.

Although it's not exactly cheap, there are significant shortcomings that the residents of the center suffer from. Precisely because they are elderly, greater attention and sensitivity are expected in the treatment they receive, which is often far from ideal. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the food is limited and poorly cooked, and the center's director is not friendly. When the nuns ran the center, it was a wonderful place, and the patients received the loving and attentive care they deserve. It's a shame that things have changed. I believe the residents deserve comfort, affection, and good food. I would love for this to be taken into account and for some awareness to be raised. I remain hopeful for a change for the better.

There were good things and not-so-good things, depending on whether the staff member fits the hearing aid correctly or not (some assistants seemed negligent about this). The food was poorly cooked and the menu lacked variety (always soup, like Mafalda, but also with little substance and flavor). The social worker and some of the staff were pleasant and attentive. If things don't improve, we'll have to change residences.

The director treats some of the elderly people there rather poorly. Some of the facilities are in poor condition, despite being warned that they are in a very bad state. With the almost 2,000 euros paid per month, this cannot be tolerated. When the nuns used to run it, everything was much better. If this changes, measures will be taken.

Great! The staff are very friendly, caring, and professional, and the facilities are well-equipped. If I had to find a fault, it would be the parking. While you can leave your car briefly outside, it's difficult to find parking in the surrounding area. Otherwise, everything is fine.
