My mother has been at Fatima. She had mobility issues, but her mind was perfectly fine. My main concern was how she was treated, her hygiene, and that she was happy. My mother described the staff as very polite, very caring, and always attentive to her needs. Regarding the food, my mother said it was good and that they gave her generous portions. She was delighted with the cleanliness; they showered her every day. And above all, and most importantly for me, my mother felt loved and respected by all the staff at the residence. As her daughter, they kept me informed if my mother became ill or needed vaccinations, etc. I only have words of gratitude and praise and respect for the work of these people, as it can't be easy dealing with so many residents with different health conditions and with the families, who are, in the end, the hardest to please. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

My family member received wonderful care from the entire staff at the residence. It's a small and welcoming place. From the first day we were greeted by the director, the sense of calm and kindness she conveyed made it clear that this was the right place for my family member to be cared for. Thank you to Marlene and her entire team who cared for Pilar with all the love, attention, and dedication that our elderly residents deserve.
