My mother has been in the care home every year, and when we moved her to a different one, she left in tears, as did some of the caregivers and residents. This wasn't for no reason; she was happy and very well cared for. It's a small care home that Loretta runs very well. It's true that it has some limitations, but they make the most of what they have. Ultimately, older people often don't need luxuries; they just need to be treated like people and loved with words and gestures. Thank you so much, Loretta and the staff at the El Mural care home in Belmonte de Tajo.

Based on my experience at this care home, my opinion is that it leaves much to be desired. The treatment I received from the staff (management, doctor, nurses, cook, and some other workers) was appalling. It's unbelievable that they're dealing with elderly people who only need affection and attention, and they receive none of it, as they are completely defenseless. Therefore, if you're looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for, respected, and loved, this care home is not the right place.

The care and attention given to the elderly residents is appalling; things like not feeding them, not bathing them, and much more. I'm sharing my opinion to help people looking for a care home; I absolutely do not recommend it.

They haven't answered the phone for two months. I contacted the town hall, but they say they can't do anything because it's a private residence. I have a relative there, and unless I go to see them from Barcelona, I can't find out anything. It's truly awful.

I am very happy with the care my mother has received at the El Mural residence. All the staff have been magnificent, from the assistants, nurses, cleaning staff, cooks...etc. Thank you very much for your attention.
