I spent the entire month of August checking on my father because he didn't seem well. No matter how many times I spoke to various nurses at the center, they ignored me. The doctor didn't respond. It was more of the same. My father ended up in the Parla hospital for 10 days with bronchitis. During those days, all his shorts and four belts were stolen. Some were turning up, and four are still missing. The pants and the four belts. They tell us they're the residents. I don't understand why things are there when we're there, and when we're not, they disappear. It's been a repeat of the story. For two weeks now, my father hasn't been feeling well again. This last week, he insisted he wasn't well. He had a fever again. He became fatigued and couldn't even walk three steps, he was choking. The infirmary tells me they know he's fatigued, but that he's already on treatment. I insist the doctor call me. Not only does he not call me, leaving a message, but he calls my brother to tell him that my father is taking the ambulance back to the Parla hospital with respiratory failure. What a surprise. The nursing home's report states he has a urinary tract infection. Thank goodness I arrived in time to speak with the doctor who was treating him. Gentlemen: Pneumonia, what a surprise. Seriously, this nursing home is licensed to care for our elderly... Of course, this review is directed to the management and the nursing and medical staff. Please, you are people, not junk; with just a little attention and a willingness to work, you would do better. P.S. I'm still waiting for the doctor to call me. By the way, my father is dependent because he has Alzheimer's. It's a very hard and difficult decision to put a father into a nursing home. Please make sure and look at the reviews first, because they are details to keep in mind.

The service seems to be good, the gardens are in good condition, and there are no complaints from the staff. There were several well-staffed children in the garden to keep the elderly company.

Good morning: It's a shame the doctor has left... she was a very professional person. I don't have the same opinion of the new doctor: somewhat disrespectful in his manner, and complaining about everything. Maybe you should keep in mind that the virus is also present outside the country... The rest of the staff: assistants, reception, cleaning staff, and social worker are very professional and very kind. The way they treat my relative is exceptional; he's very happy there, and I feel at ease.

What a mess they've got there, I wouldn't take any of my family there, not a chance... The worst of the worst

Good facilities, but our experience there was terrible. I would never recommend it. We didn't feel at all that they took good care of the elderly. They don't care about them. We saw strange things that didn't add up, like strange falls out of bed. On an administrative level, there were also problems with medication charges during periods when the resident was hospitalized outside the facility. It's a business, not a place that puts the elderly first.
