Opiniones

Everything was great with my parents. The best thing was the service, food, assistance, and price... even though it's a bit far for us to visit them. The worst thing was that things always get lost, like clothes.

I like the nursing home and it's very good, except for the food… A cook who doesn't taste the food she serves can never provide good service. The food they serve isn't good, and it's not because of the ingredients; just ask the residents… There was a cook who was filling in, and the residents were delighted. She even had to go out to the common room so the residents could congratulate her and congratulate her on her cooking… In that sense, the person in charge of the nursing home should be more attentive to the well-being of the elderly residents, especially regarding their food… That substitute cook should be there providing good service to the residents.

I don't mean to be rude, but can you explain why you have mattresses lying around in the back? It looks terrible, I don't even want to think about what it's like inside... the exterior is poorly maintained. You could at least cover those mattresses. It looks like something out of the Third World.

If you truly love your family member, don't take them to the nursing home in Colmenar de Oreja. Most days there are no nurses or doctors; it's completely neglected. Not recommended at all.

The first care home I've known for my father with Alzheimer's, and it was excellent in every way: cleanliness, wonderful staff, and attentive care for everyone. Thank you all for your care and affection towards the elderly.
