My mother, Carmen, feels right at home in this residence. The staff are like family, not just to my mother, but to us as well. The medical care is excellent; the doctor and nurse are always on top of my mother's medication and medical condition. They prepare the meals themselves; they have their own kitchen, not a catering service. We've been with them for two years now, and we're so grateful for how they treat my mother. I highly recommend it. Thank you to all the professionals at the center for making us feel so welcome.

Sustained by respect, affection, and gratitude. I want to highlight the enormous work I had the privilege of witnessing daily, something that goes beyond a workplace, a true vocation of care and humanity. From the cook, cleaning staff, and laundry workers, whose silent but essential work is carried out with dedication and affection, to the excellent work of the doctor, nurses, therapist, and professionals committed to the physical and emotional well-being of each person, and of course to the geriatric assistants, for their warmth, patience, and love, making our elders feel accompanied, heard, and loved, with the affection and respect that it should be. And, of course, to the assistant director and director, for their guidance, responsibility, and fundamental support so that care and teamwork can be carried out with respect and a human touch. My gratitude and respect, knowing that this residence is staffed by great professionals and, above all, great people who care for others, I bid you farewell with respect and gratitude, honoring what I experienced and thanking you for the care, dedication, and shared humanity. The care my grandmother receives is appalling. She can go two days with food stuck in her mouth without it being cleaned. The sheets are soiled with feces when we visit, and they don't even apply lotion after her shower or clean her eyes. We are considering moving her to another care home because we feel this is mistreatment of the residents.

It was so hard bringing my mother here, and we, her family, are so happy we did.
