Please do not take your loved one to this care home. My grandmother was there in 2023. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When we went to see her, she had a bruise on her head (we weren't told she'd hit it). When we brought her home, we realized the poor thing had hemorrhoids all over her bottom; she was in really bad shape. It was probably from the time they spend sitting down, and she was perfectly fine walking. I peeked into their bathroom (they don't let you in) and the toilet was covered in feces. It breaks your heart not only to have to make the difficult decision of taking a loved one to a care home, but to find them in such a deplorable state. It's a very difficult situation, but please don't take anyone to this care home. I'll write a more detailed review later.

I'm not posting anything lower because it won't let me. Don't even think about including any family members in that. I strongly advise against it. Maybe a photo will jog your memory, and I won't post any more out of respect for my mother. Besides the black eyes, she has a hematoma on her left forehead, bruising on her left shoulder and left scapular region, much more advanced bruising on her right pretibial region, a left clavicular fracture, and a hip fracture. Oh, and bruises from previous days. She came in walking with a walker and hasn't gotten out of the wheelchair since. The bruises from previous days were on her shins and upper arms; I don't want to think they strapped her in at night since restraint systems are prohibited. Even the doctors at the hospital were stunned by the state she was in when she arrived. I'm still waiting for them to call me to take her to the hospital; I took her myself. They didn't even call an ambulance or ask about her health, but what can you expect from "people" who, after the fall, didn't even take her to the health center that's half a kilometer away?

My mother stayed at the residence for about four months. She arrived in very poor condition, on oxygen, with a feeding tube, and completely immobile after a fall that left her bedridden. We can only be grateful for all the care she received and the love and attention that made it possible for her to walk home without oxygen or a feeding tube and resume her life after recovering. The directors are always available and always kind and approachable. The rest of the team takes great care of the residents and fosters a close-knit community. Although they don't have all the resources they would like, they compensate for these shortcomings, and in fact, the residents are very happy there. I was hesitant because I didn't see many reviews, but I'm speaking from experience, and I hope it will be helpful to those of you looking for a trustworthy residence. THANK YOU to the entire Navas del Rey Residence family.

Since my grandmother had to be admitted, the staff at the care home have been incredibly helpful. They make things easy, treat the residents with love, care, and respect—it's like one big family. Highly recommended. Thank you so much to the entire team who make this care home run so well.

My father-in-law is currently in the care home and is receiving excellent care. The treatment he's received is outstanding, and the staff is very competent because working with elderly people isn't easy. Thank you so much for your work with my father-in-law.
