The first impression was wonderful; the place is charming. My father had a wonderful time and was cared for with so much love. I want to publicly acknowledge the excellent work of all the staff at this residence. I recommend it one hundred percent. The peace and security they made me feel, living so far away, is priceless. The cleanliness and care of our loved ones has been outstanding. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to all the staff at the center.

I'm not giving it -5 stars because it's impossible. I wouldn't recommend this residence even to my worst enemy. Especially because of the manager's behavior; he's stolen our money! After more than 5 months, Álvaro, the manager, hasn't returned our deposit. We called him, and he didn't even bother to answer; he hung up on me... he had the childish attitude and conversations of a 5-year-old. Furthermore, we gave more than 15 days' notice that my grandmother would be leaving the residence (we gave notice on May 20th, and she left on April 13th), and he charged us for the entire month of April, stating in the contract signed by him and my family that it would be returned upon notice... and this man claims he doesn't return it because he never does, basically, he just doesn't feel like it. In short, a scammer who owes us around €1,200 between one thing and another, a man who takes advantage of families...

Impresentables se queda corto... El dueño es muy poco humano y muchas cosas más que no puedo poner aquí...👎 No hay palabras para describirle. Echo de la residencia a mi abuela con 96 años, con Alzheimer y en sus últimos momentos, porque según el, no tenía el personal cualificado para poder atenderla. ¿Entonces que personal tiene hay? Tienen algún título? 🤔 Poca higiene en las instalaciones, y el personal deja mucho que desear... Un poquito de humanidad y respeto a los mayores no estaría mal... Vergonzoso todo!

My mother was in the care home for less than two years and was hospitalized twice due to staff malpractice, suffering from back and foot injuries and severe dehydration. Initially, everything seemed fine, but as time went on, things worsened. The director hasn't even bothered to call me to offer his condolences after my mother's death and to finalize her stay (I'm still waiting, and it's been over three months). All of this leads me to say that it has been a very bad experience.
