I have nothing but praise for the care my mother (and we) received during her stay. My sincerest thanks to all the staff: support staff, geriatric care assistants, physiotherapist, psychologist, occupational therapist, supervisor, medical team (nurses and doctor), administrative staff, etc. They were always responsive to our questions, and my mother received warm and compassionate care. Thank you all.

A very bad experience. The quality of the residence has steadily declined since it lost its funding agreement with the Community of Madrid. Now it's chaotic, completely out of control, and communication with management and other staff is extremely poor.

My mother has been there for a month and is having a terrible time adapting. I try to call her almost every day, but communication is terrible. They don't answer the phone, and I spend hours trying to talk to my mother. Please do something to make communication easier. They ignore WhatsApp.

There's a staff shortage, and those who are there generally don't seem to have the necessary skills to care for dependent individuals. The management is also lacking; if the director is ineffective, every problem seems overwhelming. Not recommended at all, especially if the resident is highly dependent.
