With over 55 years of experience and a very pleasant environment, this well-connected residence has an enclosed outdoor cafeteria open Monday to Friday. Residents are well cared for and receive therapy, attention, and affection; they are not just numbers, but people. Ramón and his family are more than happy to have found this residence, which has a very welcoming, family atmosphere and provides all the necessary services, medical care, and attention that residents may need, keeping in mind that each resident is unique and has their own circumstances. Highly recommended, located in the heart of Carabanchel, and staffed by wonderful professionals and kind people.

My aunt stayed at the residence years ago and was happy with it, so in 2020 we admitted my grandmother, who was also very happy. She was reluctant to go to nursing homes, and if she was happy, it must have been for a reason. We as a family didn't see anything wrong with it either. Perhaps they were a little short-staffed, but she was well cared for. When she needed a dentist, hairdresser, or podiatrist, they were quick to respond. The only downside I can mention is that we had to claim reimbursement for her meals while she was hospitalized and for the final payment for the month she passed away. It took them four months to pay it, and I still think they gave us less; the numbers just don't add up.

I completely agree with the negative reviews. The management is appalling, incompetent, inhumane, and cruel. To such an extent that on Christmas Day, with my grandmother dying in her room, they forced my mother to leave her because, according to them, visiting hours had to be respected. Even after she passed away a few minutes later, they continued arguing, insisting on being right. Completely inhumane and shameful. I wouldn't wish a similar experience on anyone. It's also worth noting the staff shortage, which leaves the workers overwhelmed. Even so, they did treat my grandmother with dignity, respect, and affection.

My mother received excellent care. The food is delicious, and the staff is even better. The residents' hygiene is also impeccable. Don't expect luxury, though, as the facilities are old, unassuming, and not very comfortable, but they more than fulfill the most important aspects of caring for a loved one. Thank you on behalf of my mother and her three children.

My uncle also had a stroke and they didn't realize it until we arrived and told them, shameful...
