Opiniones

Highly recommended residence. My aunt lived here for eight years, and I can't thank them enough for how wonderful they were to her and to us. They kept us informed about everything; she wanted for nothing and was delighted to be there. She loved the food, and we even ate with her there a few times, which we also enjoyed. The room was quite spacious with a large window and a good television. The cleanliness was remarkable throughout. The on-site hairdressing service is exceptional, and I remember how she looked forward to Thursdays so she could get her hair done and get dressed up, as she was quite vain. When she passed away at 99, they helped us with all the arrangements. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

A terrible experience. The residence was clean, the staff were friendly but overwhelmed, and there were far too few people for so many vulnerable residents. Often, there was a wait to use the bathroom, showers weren't provided daily, and everything was rushed. It's not their fault; they only have two hands. I wouldn't recommend this residence to anyone. They give you a quote, and then you have to pay at least €600 more—abusive and extortionate. They charged us for the electricity used by my grandmother's oxygen machine. They reduced the quantity and quality of diapers, even though they're covered by social security, and they charged us for them, as well as for the needles used to check blood glucose levels (also covered by social security). The director of the residence was never there, and no one took responsibility for requests, complaints, or suggestions. When he finally showed up after a month, he decided to reduce the price of diapers and needles. At the end of the month, you never know what you're going to pay. Frankly, it was a disappointing and very sad experience.

Good afternoon, a close relative has lived here since 2019. The place is welcoming and the staff is very friendly. We haven't had any problems during this time; they are always willing to help with any visits or requests. My relative has never mentioned having any issues with the employees. Best regards

My experience at the Atenea Senior Residence has been very positive. I would especially like to highlight the work of the director, Guillermo, for his friendly, professional manner and his constant willingness to help. He demonstrates genuine interest in the residents' well-being and in resolving any questions or issues that may arise. The facilities are well-maintained and the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received.

A terrible experience. The management is awful. The person in charge is nowhere to be found and takes no responsibility. The facilities are nice, but the staff is completely overwhelmed. They charge much more than the initial quote. (And if you're lucky, complain and wait for a solution...) We had to move our family member to a different residence. I cannot recommend it. A complete disappointment.
