Do not take a loved one to this care home. It's filthy! My father left malnourished; the food was awful! And the treatment was even worse. And that Marta woman is a disaster; she never even shows up.

I'm giving it one star because it can't get any less. It's a disaster overall. They have no control over the elderly; they run away, and the owners couldn't care less... Between the rooster and the cats, it looks like wildlife, covered in hair and poop. Marta, the manager, is never accessible, and all the problems are endless.

I'm giving it one star because I have no choice. My mother was there for a year and was well cared for thanks to the former assistants. The director is never there and doesn't keep track of medical appointments or the nursing home itself. If you call her to ask something about your relative, she gives you a terrible answer and is always right. You can't argue with her. If the grandparents were well cared for, I repeat, it was because of Alejandra, Rosario, Edil, Paola... unfortunately, half of whom are no longer here. They should renew the facilities and furniture, as they're falling apart. And I could add a thousand other things to this. I don't recommend you place your relative here.
